Weight Answer 4

And finally:

4. Becky thinks that astronauts don't have any mass when they're in orbit above the Earth. Use your ideas about forces to explain why she is wrong.

Everything always has mass. Gravity isn't always present, or felt, so things can have no weight, or appear weightless.

Astronauts in orbit cannot feel their weight as they are orbiting the earth with the spaceship. The fact that they are in orbit shows that the force of gravity is still present.
