French Verbs

Verbs are words that describe actions or states. Of course, we use verbs in English as well!

This section is under development, but we hope it will be immediately useful.

Regular Verbs

There are three types of regular verbs (meaning they can be used in the same way for different people): those ending -er, -ir and -re.

-er verbs: e.g. jouer (to play)
