Fresh air!

There is nothing wrong with using words like freundlich (friendly) and lustig (funny) to describe people...

...but there are better words! Spare a thought for the poor examiner who has heard twenty candidates saying the same thing.

Let's try being more ambitious... look at the words in the table (right):

These are just a few examples. Don't wait to be spoon-fed a new word. Grab a dictionary and be adventurous!

Don't forget to use words like immer (always), manchmal (never), relativ (relatively), nie (never), sehr (very) and ziemlich (quite).
