Sound Wave Summary

Sound waves can be represented on an oscilloscope (using a microphone).

The taller the waves on the screen, the larger their amplitude, and the louder the sound picked up by the microphone.

The more waves there are in a given time, the higher the frequency, so the higher the pitch.
