You will probably be asked to describe your town:
Beschreibe deine Stadt!
Maybe start like this (adjectives make the answer more interesting):
"Chester ist eine schöne historische Stadt."
"Chester is an attractive historic city."
You could then list some of its facilities using the phrase es gibt (there is/there are).
